Business Development Training and Support for Non-Native Small Business Owners
ENTER4ALL is a European Initiative that aims to set up an innovative system of intercultural and entrepreneurial support for the sustainability and development of existing businesses owned by non-natives
The objectives are:
Set up an innovative system of intercultural and entrepreneurial support for the sustainability and development of existing, mainly, businesses owned by non-natives.
Inclusion and Diversity in terms of assisting via training and consulting, the non-native Small Business Owners, to overcome the various barriers that they face, while the specific one is to to provide VET non-formal education, targeted to solopreneurs and small business owners, via online & live training.
Challenges of running a business
We want to equip Non-Native entrepreneurs, particularly the target group of unemployed refugees & migrants – future Solopreneurs and Small Business Owners, who wish to start a small business but are reluctant due to the existing barriers, with up-to-date entrepreneurial, cultural, and soft skills. This will enable them to cope more effectively with the challenges of running a business in a complex environment and facilitate their access to business, funding, and other support initiatives and toolkits.
